today we double dated with our friends!
and what did we decide to do on our date?

….get new tattoos!

 i decided for my 2nd tattoo i wanted the “D”
from the spoon ring dave married me with!
(i don’t wear it any more because i lost it in the laundry
at the salon i worked at and it started turning my finger blue)

and for my 3rd tattoo i wanted a paintbrush
…because i am an artist! (obviously.:-))

my sweet hubby and i woke up at 6 this morning
to go on a monday morning date:
strawberry picking!

you can see mosquito bites on my chest, they were out to get me!!!

we are happy campers!!!
it was so much fun.:-)
we picked 8.5 lbs
and MAN those strawberries are GOOOOOOD!!!!
we plan on going back later this week and several more times
in the next 2 weeks before strawberry season is over up here!

and the day is just getting better!
when we got home, the mail man came with a package for me.:-)
my curtain hooks arrived!

cant wait to put them up in a few weeks!

mondays are great.
they are my favorite day of the week!
time to meet up with some friends at cricket meadow
and then coming home to wash and freeze strawberries!
